We're grateful...

for our fabulous followers. A HUGE thanks to all of you. It's time to celebrate and give some stuff away! We're a part of the Gratitude Giveaways Hop. What is a hop? You can start from the first blog/giveaway and hop on to the next one. There's over 170 blogs that have joined up to give to their followers. We're number 83!

Ends November 28th

The Gratitude Giveaways start now and end on November 28th. Start entering for tons of wonderful prizes. To enter more of these, be sure to visit the hostess' blog (Kate).

We're giving away two books to one winner: The Christmas Dog by Melody Carlson (Hardcover) and Messiah, Come and Behold Him (A Christmas Devotional) by various authors. Below are the book descriptions and giveaway rules.

Synopsis:

Betty Kowalski isn't looking forward to the holidays. She just can't seem to find Christmas in her heart. There's church, of course. But who can she bake for these days? And who would care whether or not she pulled out the Christmas decorations? Her new neighbor just adds to the problem. He's doing home improvements that don't appear to be improving much of anything. These days when Betty looks out the window, she sees a beat-up truck, a pile of junk, lots of blue tarps, and--horror of horrors--an old pink toilet. But when a mangy dog appears at her doorstep, the stage is set for Betty to learn a very important lesson about what Christmas is all about. This contemporary Christmas story is a timely yet gentle reminder that God can work miracles through something as seemingly insignificant as a little brown dog.

Synopsis:

Messiah, Come and Behold Him is a 30-day scripture devotional that is perfect for Christmas. It illuminates the names of Jesus and provides the reader with inspiration to truly understand the gift that was given to us in the manger.

Perfect to remain focused on Jesus during the hustle and bustle of the Holiday season and the affordability makes it the perfect gift to share with many.  As a special feature, the lyrics to Handel's Messiah are included at the end. Contributors include:  Henry Blackaby, Richard Blackaby, Jack Countryman, Billy Graham, Anne Graham Lotz, Max Lucado, John MacArthur, and Charles Stanley.

Giveaway Rules:

We're giving away these two books to one bookworm! In order to enter, you must leave a comment with your e-mail address (so that we can contact you if you're the winner). US and Canada only, please. This giveaway starts today and ends on the 28th of this month. A winner will be picked randomly and announced on the 29th. We will contact the winner and notify them by their e-mail address. If the winner doesn't respond within a few days, we will have to pick another. Have fun with the blog hop!!!

God bless!
~Grace
